"Wet on Wet" Painting

Calendar Apr 9, 2019 at 5 pm, runs for 1 week

Taught by Bob Ross certified Teacher, Candy Kozak.  Bob Ross (TV's Joy of Painting) is a famous artist that utlized the "Wet on Wet" technique of painting.  Students will complete a 16 x 20 oil painting, "Summer Waterfall."  All paints and brushes will be provided by the instructor and students will take home a beautiful painting in just 3 hours.  Students should bring $20 and a roll of paper towels to class.

Bring $20 and a roll of paper towels the night of the class for the instructor to cover cost of oils and canvass.

ADULT & PEDIATRIC CPR/FIRST AID/AED

Includes digital copy of Standard American Red Cross 2-year Certification

This course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants.  This is an instructor-led classroom study/skill session.  A first Aid/CPR/AED Participants Manual, Breathing Barrier and all materials will be provided for in class use only.  Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certification for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two-years.  

Anyone currently holding a valid American Red Cross Certification in Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and wants to renew/challenge their two year certificate are welcome.  Please bring a drivers license and your expired American Red Cross certifications card.

The holidays are a very festive time on Beacon Hill.  Gas lamp posts which line the streets are dressed with garlnads of greenery and red bows.  The historic home and shop doors are adorned with wreaths, while window boxes are brim full of fragrant everygreens.  You are invited to enter three private homes decorated to express each owner's personal style and holiday tradition. 

Do some holiday shopping at Quincey Market, Copley Place or own Newbury Street and have lunch on your own at the many wonderful restaurants in Boston.
